| While going to college, all three of my children attended your bartending school (one several years ago, and two this past spring). All three times I have been extremely impressed with the school in every way. From the professionalism of the staff, the flexibility of the class schedule, the thoroughness of the material and the affordability of the course to the superior job placement service, this is a first-class instructional experience. Even the website is helpful; the Bartender Challenge recipe flashcard section is a great idea. I highly recommend the school--it is worth every penny.  | I must honestly say i enjoyed everything about this school!!! From the staff to the students everyone was friendly and showed their southern hospitality. I initially started out on the two week program but wanted to practice more, which this was no problem and at no extra fees. Everything is legit and i would recommend this school to anyone.  | I found the experience to be very fulfilling if somewhat daunting at first especially since I am moving from a completely different job industry. However, the instructors made it easy to remember drink recipes and rules for each type of drink combination. Overall the experience I had here was extremely positive and educational. I recommend this place for anyone looking to start permanently in a new field or for someone who is just looking to pick up part-time work to supplement their income.  | I must say I have learned more then I thought I would learn in my two weeks of class at PBSA. Entering the course I was extremely hesitate that I would not be able to learn so much new material in such a short amount of time. Little did I know I was absolutely wrong. The instructor of the course main focus was to have each and every student fully equipped to enter the field of bartending. In the short amount of time here at PBSA I learned over 100 new drinks, styles of drinks, history of drinks, and so much more. I have already recommended this school to several of my friends and I recommend it anyone else who is interested in learning such.  | I can't say enough to give full credit to this program. The class environment was extremely beneficial to learning the craft and art of bartending. Due to the high level of professionalism, and the state of the school itself (caliber of the equipment, materials, etc.) the learning experience was comfortable, and highly accommodating to all learning styles. As a more tactile learner, it really helped to have a fully stocked bar at my desposal to continuously pound out drinks, while learning through repetition and experience. This was by far the most fun experience of trade certification I have experienced thus far, and and highly honored, and humbled to have graduated from and received my certification from such a great institution.
